There are just three easy steps to claiming your rebate.
How It Works


Step 1: Submit Your Purchases
- Click Apply for Rebate.
- Select one of the 3 radio button options.
- Click on the I’m not a robot captcha box.
- Click Add Invoice Image and search for a copy of your invoice. Images may be jpg, png, or pdf. - Invoices must include the associated Serial Number of each Product being claimed.
- Add the Invoice Number.
- Enter products purchased, along with their corresponding serial numbers. You can also enter additional products purchased by clicking Add a Product
- Enter Purchase Date and Install Date.
- Type in your Participating Dealer name and match by name, street address, city and state/province.
- Click Next.


Step 2: Review Your Promotion
The top of the Promotion Details page shows the eligible promotion and estimated rebate amount(s) for the products entered. If you don’t see the rebate you’re expecting:
- Check to make sure the products and serial numbers you entered are correct.
- Check to ensure that your purchase falls within purchase, installation and final submission windows.
- Check to ensure that the products you entered are eligible for the rebate you’re expecting.
If you’re still having problems, contact your participating Lennox dealer.
Once you’ve confirmed the rebate amount matches what is expected, please confirm your name, email, phone number and mailing address are correct. A valid email address is required because once your rebate is approved you will receive an email and be given the choice of receiving a physical card or a virtual card. After you make your card selection, you will be asked to confirm your personal information and to accept the card’s terms and conditions.
Click Next and confirm details are accurate on the Review page. If yes, check the box for program terms and conditions and click Submit. Be sure to write down your Rebate ID to track your rebate. You will also receive a confirmation email with the Rebate ID.


Step 3: Get Your Reward
Once your rebate is approved, you will receive an email from notification@my-prepaidawardcard.com and you will be provided the option to choose a virtual or physical Lennox Prepaid Mastercard®. If you select a virtual card, you will have immediate access to your card and will have the ability to add your prepaid card directly to an e-wallet app (Apple, Google and Samsung Pay). If you select a physical card, the card will be mailed to your address as it is listed on the rebate claim. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your physical card to arrive.

How to Check Your Rebate Claim Status
Tracking the status of your rebate claim is simple. Click Track My Rebate in the top navigation. All you need is to enter your Rebate ID and email address. Then, you will be able to see all the details on your submitted claim.
